About
I’m a senior software engineer and technical lead based in Sofia, working with teams worldwide. I move comfortably from architecture and product decisions into hands-on implementation.
My background spans enterprise software at Cision, e-commerce at Dynamicweb, and leadership of 7 developers. I also independently created TaskExposed—from its research model to its web and iOS products.

A direct process that keeps the work grounded, transparent, and moving. Explore the services and scope.
I start with your users, business goals, and the problem the software needs to solve. We review existing tools, content, and constraints before deciding what belongs in the first release. For an existing product, that also means understanding the codebase and where the current workflow breaks down.
Together we turn the brief into a focused scope, with clear priorities and acceptance criteria. I explain the architecture and technology choices in terms of cost, maintainability, and future needs. Deliverables, dependencies, and the quote are agreed before implementation begins.
I build in focused iterations and share working software so feedback can shape the next step. Alongside the main workflows, I consider responsive layouts, accessibility, validation, and failure states. Testing and code review help check that the implementation matches the agreed scope, not just the first happy-path demo.
Before launch, we review deployment, configuration, and the handover your team needs. After release, real use helps identify which improvements matter next. Ongoing support and further development are scoped explicitly, so the next phase has the same clarity as the first.
